Formwork construction :Expertise in building and installing various types of formwork (timber, steel, or plastic) for conerete structures. 

Shoring and support setup :Knowledge of installing shoring systems to secure and support formwork during concrete pouring and curing. 

Safety awareness :Understanding of safety regulations and the ability to follow safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment. 

Physical stamina :Good physical strength and staminal to handle heavy materials, work in various weather conditions and lift or move materials. 

Problem -solving :  Ablity to troubleshoot and mak quick decisions when formwork doesn’t align or issues arise on site. 

Attention to detail:Precision in ensuring that formwork is level, plumb, and properly secured to prevent issues during the conerete curing process. 

Teamwork : Ability to collaborate effectively with other workers, including concrete workers, engineers and supervisors.

I can do all the masonry work beautifully. For example, I can do all the pilasters, walling, rod cutting, rod bonding work well.
